 After looking around for the house that I wanted, there were a few that I liked... Hi to you all, We asked Bulgarian Property Experts to help sell our house. when a buyer was found the transaction was carried out very fast. We arranged BPE to be our POA and to represent us, all we had to do is go to the BG High Commmisson to get the paperwork signed and await payment for the house .This takes the worry of getting back to BG for the signing. We would recemmend Gemma anytime. We hope to be back out in BG soon

After deciding to invest in Bulgaria, next came the most important decision "to whom do I entrust my hard earned cash". We did meet several estate agents over a couple of nights. I have to say Gemma was so much more professional than the others. We then spent the best part of a week with her. We viewed quite a few houses, Gemma would also add her views on each property, tailored to our requirements. I was happy to purchase knowing it was the right investment in the right area and at the right price. Gemma was with us for all the legal stuff, lawyers,courts,banks.
